We stayed in June 2025 in the smaller unit facing the driveway. It was clean and comfortable, fairly priced, and had a well-equipped little kitchen with a refrigerator, glass cooktop, and a good range of pots, pans, and dishes. The bed was comfortable, with outlets placed conveniently. There are a few steps between the bed and bathroom, but they’re easy to manage. The second bathroom is just as nice as the one by the bedroom. Our host communicated well and refreshed the linens during our multi-night stay. Check the booking-site photos carefully and ask the host if anything is unclear.

We felt lucky to spend time with the people here and experience this place. The hostess is warm and thoughtful, and the apartments are kept immaculate, with care given to every item. Set on a scenic slope facing the valley, they’re quiet and restful. We had a memorable week of quality family time and would love to come back.

The host is one of life’s lovely people, and the accommodation blends history with modern comfort in such an eclectic way. The location is outstanding, just beyond beautiful. We had an amazing week and still weren’t ready to leave. It really does feel like heaven on earth.
