I loved the musical instrument theme, all the amenities, and how helpful the staff were. You can get filtered water, breakfast, laundry and luggage storage. Only the water is free, but the other services cost a small fee, which wasn't bad. They even have gluten-free breakfast, and you can book some trips or excursions through them at a discount. The location is convenient too. Amazing place, I'd stay here again if I'm in Palermo. Getting in at night was a little confusing at first. At the front door, press the doorbell button on the left to open the door and the lobby gate. Reception is on floor 2, and they're very helpful there.

The friendly atmosphere was one of my favorite things about this hostel. We spent a few hours together on the terrace almost every night, and I met some great people there, including Alessandra, one of the staff. Everyone working here was nice and helpful. One of my best stays.

Everyone's so friendly here, and the hostel staff really go out of their way to make you comfortable. Stay here when you visit Palermo, you'll make friends and feel at home. Such a great place.

This is the nicest hostel I've stayed in so far, and easily the best you can get for this price. The common areas are beautiful, there's a good social vibe, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast prices are fair, the kitchen is well equipped, and there are interesting events going on. I could keep listing things.

Casa di Amici gave me a real experience of discovering palermo, and I met people I'll always connect with those memories. It was clean, central, friendly, affordable, and had a real atmosphere.
