The apartment was clean and comfortable throughout, with all the amenities working. It’s a good option for families with children, and the price was more than fair. We had a beautiful experience in Palermo. The owner greeted us at the end of March 2025 with so much enthusiasm and kindness. From the location, it’s only a few minutes to the historic center and the elegant nearby streets. Highly recommended. Sandro, Rosalba, Nicola

The style of the furnishings in every room and on the terrace made a big impression on us, especially the paintings. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and this wonderful apartment made our time in Palermo absolutely memorable. This is the place to stay in Palermo.

The host was fantastic, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. It’s spacious and modern, with beautiful furnishings and everything you need. I highly recommend it.

Marinetta was so kind and helpful. Giovi's house is colorful, comfortable and beautiful, and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet, just right for our time in Sicily. We’ll be back!! ❤️

The apartment felt like HOME as soon as we arrived. It has lots of space, is well maintained and very clean, with nothing missing. Mrs. Marinetta was a wonderful host: precise, punctual, helpful and friendly. She also shared great tips on getting around, places to eat and interesting things about the city. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return for a vacation that feels even more like home.
