Pànto - Rooftop boutique rooms

We picked Panto for our wedding ceremony and couldn't have asked for a better welcome or stay. Everyone was so kind and lovely, and genuinely happy for us. The team was wonderful, the rooms very comfortable, and the location amazing. Breakfast on the terrace was perfect too. I'd recommend it to anyone, including for a special occasion. Thanks for everything :)

Mari was such a warm, welcoming host and went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. She gave us a brilliant rundown of places to visit and eat in Palermo. The centrally located room was beautiful, spotless, and well equipped, including a Bluetooth speaker and coffee machine. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

The shared roof terrace was the highlight, with wonderful breakfast up there. The place is very central yet quiet, and the furnishings are lovely and high quality. Our junior suite worked well for four, with two comfortable double beds, and the mattresses were very good. Parking was a little difficult, as we'd been told in advance, so we left the car in a garage a bit away. We'd definitely return.

Mari and Ina were so warm and looked after me so well, they started to feel like family. The suites are beautifully designed and very clean, with fluffy towels, coffee facilities, and water in the room. Breakfast was great every morning, with local treats like Sicilian lemon jam and lovely baked goods from artisan bakers. I stayed in March and it was super quiet. The rooftop views are amazing at any time, and the location is hard to beat, with the landmarks all walkable. Teatro Massimo is 10 minutes away on foot, and the Cathedral and Capo Market are 15 minutes away. La Vuccheria is only a 2-minute walk from "home". My flight was delayed, so I arrived well after midnight. Mari arranged a driver, the wonderful Gaetano, a retired caribinieri policeman of some 3 decades, now delux driver. The €45 ride at 1.30am was well spent, especially traveling solo and avoiding public transport that hour. I also took the car to the airport during the day for €40, a little over half an hour. Those little courtesies really set a hotel apart. Palermo Centrale is easy to reach by bus, though I walked there in about 20 minutes and took the train to beautiful Cefalu for a day trip. La Rocca's fortified walls and castle climb are a must for amazing views. I'll only stay at Panto when I'm in Palermo.
