The owner was incredibly kind, the staff were great, and our room was clean. This B&B felt like home, and its location made it easy to get to Piazza Castelnuovo in a few minutes, with plenty of lunch and dinner choices nearby. From Lolli station you can catch the train to the airport, or take the shuttle bus. We Palermitans coming back as tourists can be pretty camurrusi, so I recommend the place because it deserves it. The missing star is down to Via Sammartino, one of the busiest streets in the city center. The windows are good, but on the ground floor you’ll hear street noise, especially the inevitable horn when the light turns green and the driver behind you dares not to launch like a Formula 1 car. Light sleepers should bring earplugs. Highly recommended, just not during the Christmas holidays.
