The host was friendly from the beginning and said he'd fix some things, so I have no complaint about him. The house itself didn't feel comfortable to us. The beds and sofa were uncomfortable, the pillows too hard, and the heater seemed too small for four people. Hot water ran out fast, there were power issues and plugs kept tripping, and the place wasn't very clean. It's also a bit far from the center. I wouldn't recommend it.

We found street parking without any trouble, and the neighborhood was quiet, just a few minutes' walk from the center. The apartment was nicely and carefully furnished with all the comforts we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

The owner was a real plus, very friendly and ready to help with requests. The apartment had modern, art-themed furnishings and was in a quiet spot close to the center. The price felt fair for midweek in August.

If cockroaches are your thing, this place is for you. They were all over the rooms, including the fridge and its seals. I warned them, but nothing was done, and the five of us, including children who were disgusted, had nowhere else to sleep. The bathroom was awful, the air conditioning didn't work in the heat, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Avoid this place. €1,300 for the week felt like a rip-off. I had to deal with someone called Roberto, but all I got was talk. He was quick enough when it came to getting paid.

The owner was incredibly kind and available whenever we had an issue. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and very pleasant. It's also just a short walk from the center. I'd recommend it.
