It’s an old building with no elevator, and the flat is on the first floor. From the balcony you can see dumped garbage on the somewhat dirty street, and there’s a flea market in the square by the church right outside in the morning. But inside, the newly renovated flat is clean, well organised, and everything is new. It has three rooms with private bathrooms, a shared kitchen with an induction stove and kitchenware, good free WiFi, hot water, and a washing machine. The host was quick to help. The bus stop is a five-minute walk away, tickets are available at any Tobacconist shop, and the Central Station is a kilometre on foot. Payment is cash only.

There’s a pizzeria in the square where the property is, and you can get excellent pizza there. The rental is in Palermo’s historic center, close to the city’s cultural and historical sights, as well as hospitals and the University of Palermo. It has three bedrooms and a shared kitchen where guests can have a quiet meal. The place is clean and has the comforts needed for a comfortable stay, whatever your needs.

The owners are very nice and friendly, and the place is right in Palermo’s historic area. The cathedral and other sights are an easy 5-10 minute walk away. I had a lovely stay and will come back 👏🏻👏🏻

The owners were really kind and helpful. The rooms had modern furnishings and were comfortable and very clean. It’s an excellent location for seeing Palermo’s historic center. We had a pleasant weekend, and I highly recommend it.

Tourist attractions are easy to reach from this central location. The modern room has a private toilet and access to a shared kitchen, plus a smart TV and a modern air conditioner. The windows do a great job blocking noise.
