Affittacamere Olimpo

I need to correct this. Yes, there was a broken glass, ours, bought for a birthday toast. I was polite and even bought a broom, and would have left the room cleaner than I did if the door hadn't been kicked in an hour and a half earlier. We didn't have time to get dressed, let alone make the bed. The photo I'm attaching shows when I called 911, a full hour and a half before checkout. The police never came because I didn't ask them to. I also didn't go to the hospital to have my arm checked, simply because I don't want to be the one to get you locked up, even though you deserve it. After the clams and shrimp for my birthday were thrown away, and after I didn't ask for any refund for the damage caused, we'd paid everything in advance, without an invoice. Then, an hour and a half before checkout, you decided to thank us for our patience by having a thug kick the door in while I was naked. This woman had already proved herself rude, unserious, dirty, and dishonest. I would also call her a liar and defamatory.

There’s no WiFi, and a hazardous step in the bathroom. The entrance is tiny, and the staircase is very narrow and below standard, with steep steps. It wouldn’t work for guests with disabilities.

The rooms were clean, the B&B was very nice, and the staff were helpful. The only problem was waiting almost five days for WiFi. The area gets very deserted in summer, but the location is convenient for Palermo's historic center. It was a wonderful experience, though I don't know if I'll return.

The owner was kind, polite, and happy to help. The B&B is clean and has a lot of charm, with public transport easy to reach. I'd recommend it.
