The location is perfect, close to the teatre, and the owners are very friendly. The room was generally good, and breakfast was OK, with the usual Italian cornetti and only sweet options. The bathroom, though, was quite dirty, and I took the pictures right after arriving. There was hair in the bathroom and on a towel, plus water marks, rust, and dust everywhere, and some mold in the shower. One stray hair or a small mold spot wouldn't bother me, but all of it together and in that amount made us feel uncomfortable.

The view toward Teatro Massimo is lovely, even though scaffolding is in the way right now. The staff were lovely too, and the location made a perfect starting point for seeing Palermo. It may not be the fanciest hotel around, but I was really glad I stayed here.

The old-fashioned hall and elevator gave the place some character, and check-in was easy. I felt well looked after, and the room was great. The only drawback was that scaffolding blocked the theatre view. Great location and service, and I'd stay again.

Patrizia was kind, lovely, and really helpful during our two days here. The location was excellent, near the center, Capo market, and the Ballarò area. The building work was a shame, though, and made quite a lot of noise.

The entrance is a bit difficult to get through because the building is being renovated, but once inside, there's everything needed for a pleasant stay in Palermo. The B&B is right in the center, near all the main tourist sights, and the people there are courteous, friendly, and available.
