MariaChiara and Angelo made our stay special. They were so generous with their time, telling us about the area and sharing plenty about their backgrounds and culture. We really enjoyed chatting with them. The B&B sits in an old structure, but inside it feels like a modern masterpiece. The history and character are still there alongside the up-to-date infrastructure. In our room, we loved the stone walls, huge windows, and high ceiling, which gave it a medieval feel. There was lots of space, a lovely tub and shower, comfy robes, and nice bath products. We might have stayed in if there hadn't been so much to see. Breakfast was delicious too. A magical couple of days in a remarkable city.

The owners gave us warm, personal attention and helped arrange cultural and tourist activities, which made us feel at home. Santuzza Maison De Charme is close enough to walk to the city's cultural sights. The recently renovated rooms have air conditioning, and rooms with balconies look out toward the nearby cathedral. Italian design, historic frescos, Spanish tiles, and medieval stonework all come together beautifully.

Mary was so helpful and accommodating during our three nights here. The hotel was spotless, and every morning they brought out a charming breakfast. Our room was amazing, with a spa bath, a really big balcony, and original frescoes across the ceiling. We couldn't have been happier!

Waking up in the room each day was a real pleasure. The building dates back to the 14th century, and the owner has put a lot of effort into restoring it, with a lovely eye for design. The location worked really well, and breakfast came with an amazing croissant, the best I've ever had. The owner was friendly and quick to respond when we needed something. We had a great time at Santuzza Maison De Charme, and I highly recommend staying there.

During my two weeks in Sicilia, this was the nicest place I stayed. The hosts are lovely and kind, and the place has a cool, modern feel around its ancient core. If you're visiting Palermo, you have to stay here!
