The room itself was large, brand new, and wonderful, with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was simple but included good croissants, and there was a cosy little balcony. Two things to keep in mind: we stayed on Friday night, and the party music downstairs was unbelievably loud until 3:30am. Sleeping with that level of noise was impossible. Also, it's on the fifth floor, with no elevator and narrow traditional stairs. Carrying a large suitcase up was very difficult for us.

The room was spacious, nicely finished, and fitted with modern comforts. Code access and keyless entry made getting in easy, and we really appreciated being able to reserve croissants for the next morning by WhatsApp before 7:00 pm. The breakfast room had plenty to choose from, including a coffee machine, milk, and cereals. Wi-Fi was stable and fast, useful for planning outings or getting work done. At first, the old building and climb to the top floor made us wonder if the place would be modest. Opening the door was a surprise: the interior is fabulous and modern, with careful attention to detail. That contrast made the stay all the more pleasant. It exceeded our expectations, with a welcoming, elegant space behind a doorway and staircase that show Palermo's character. Absolutely recommended!!

Step outside and you're right by everything, so the location is very convenient. The decor feels considered and the place was spotless. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm croissants at breakfast. The stairs are the one drawback. We'll be back for sure.

The host's homemade croissants at breakfast were much appreciated. This B&B is close to the city's sights, and the attention to detail shows in the new, modern furnishings. Both our room and the shared spaces were impeccably clean.
