Arimatea Accommodations

We found Arimatea Accommodations a peaceful place to stay, with thick walls, very clean rooms, and comfortable beds. It’s in the pedestrian area right in the heart of Palermo, only a few minutes from the Cathedral, so it’s easy to explore the historic center on foot. The rooms are beautifully furnished, too. Beppe was welcoming and very happy to help with whatever we needed. A lovely, cosy base for a visit to the city.

Beppe knows a lot about Palermo’s history and architecture, and offers guided tours, especially on the mediaeval period. I really enjoyed that part of the stay. The flat itself is full of lovely details and tastefully decorated, and it’s in the quiet pedestrian area of the historic centre. You can sleep peacefully facing a private garden. I’d absolutely recommend Arimatea accommodations.

There was even a little surprise from Beppe at the end of our trip, which was a lovely way to remember our stay. He took such care of us and the details, and made sure we had a wonderful experience. The flat felt cosy, quiet, and very clean, with beautiful art pieces throughout. We arrived to find fruit, coffee, food, tea, and delicious sweets already waiting. It really felt like home, and we didn’t need a thing. I highly recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable, and quite affordable vacation.

I felt at home here, thanks to all the thoughtful details Beppe has put into the place. It’s on a small street just off Main Street, between Quattro Canti and the Cathedral, so it’s central but still wonderfully quiet. Beppe was always available for questions and gave me useful suggestions for places to see and eat. I’d happily book his place again on my next visit to Palermo.
