The staff were fantastic, but breakfast was poor: toast, fruit, yoghurt, cornflakes, cheese, ham, and a croissant. The location is very good for walking around Palermo, though the area seemed rough, with graffiti and homeless people in doorways. We asked for a late checkout and were quoted 120euros, while another full night was only 40???

The staff were very friendly, and breakfast each morning was nice, simple but good. The neighborhood felt a bit rough, though we still felt safe. Rooms are upstairs on the second floor, behind a secure door, and away from the street noise. The terrace area is cute and the rooms decent, with air conditioning and a lot of charm. The bed wasn't very comfortable, though we rarely find beds comfortable on vacation, so we're used to it. The shower was the one real issue, small, with a slightly broken shower head. I'd recommend staying here.

We especially liked the small inner patio. It was a lovely place to have breakfast or unwind in the evening, and the rooms and shared spaces were kept clean. The staff and owner were so welcoming that we felt at home. Breakfast was simple but filling, with fresh croissants brought out each day. The location made it easy to get to restaurants, bars, and other entertainment, and we could always find a place to park on the main road. Art Lincoln B&B is a great fit if you enjoy being greeted with a smile.
