Luca at reception was a big help. My room had everything I needed, even a diffuser attachment for my curls. The hotel is in a beautiful older building, with a peaceful courtyard and stylishly updated rooms with high ceilings. It feels like an oasis amid Palermo’s bustle. The train station is a short walk away, as are lively plazas and streets full of places to eat, drink, and shop. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

Rosalinda was so welcoming and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. She also gave us great tips for the neighborhood. Ausa Suites was very clean, well cared for, and nicely decorated, with easy connections to the main sights in central Palermo and the main train station. We appreciated the daily maid service, which we hadn’t expected. Grazie Rosalinda! Already looking forward to staying again 🤗

The building and rooms were very clean, and the location was quiet and convenient. The original floors and ceiling gave the rooms a sense of history. The apartment was well equipped, even with extra hygiene items, and there was a pleasant shared living room. The bathroom was spacious, and the windows kept out sound. Contact with the housekeeper was easy and quick, and she speaks English quite well. I’ll come back if I’m in Palermo again.

Rosalinda, the landlady, was incredibly helpful. The suites are cosy and stylish, and sheets and towels were provided. She also helped with cleaning and shared travel advice over WhatsApp ❤️❤️❤️ thank you ❤️

Our booking was canceled by the hotel just one week before arrival, during high season, because of “overbooking.” We’d reserved more than a month earlier, and they hadn’t caught the issue sooner. Don’t go here if uncertainty isn’t your thing.
