Our experience a few years ago was really upsetting. We had chosen and paid for Morpheus 1, but were put in a smaller, more run-down apartment with a broken sofa and mosquitoes everywhere. We were told Morpheus 1 had gone to a group of young people attending a sporting event, and the owner promised it would be ready for us in three days. When we returned with our luggage, another couple was already inside. The communication was the worst I've ever had with an owner. There were issues with the remaining payment and with the port pickup, and on departure day she never came to take us back as agreed. Her phone was switched off when we tried calling. We walked two kilometers in the sun carrying our bags and nearly missed the boat. She never called back or apologized. We also had to buy all our own supplies because the cupboard didn't even have a pinch of salt. We spent a lot of money and didn't get what we'd requested. We were so polite, and maybe naive, that we didn't even ask for a small discount. Maybe she didn't like us, I don't know. I've never had this happen again, but it was a sad, disappointing holiday after making so many financial sacrifices to go.
