Amarillo

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Amariilo, largely thanks to Veronica and Giuseppe. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived, and their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care meant a lot throughout my visit. Thank you!

The room was large, well cared for, and thoroughly cleaned each day, and we loved the typical Italian breakfast. Giuseppe and Veronica were lovely hosts. They checked in about our trip soon after we arrived and offered us something to drink. They also gave us a map and explained what to see and where to go. We stayed at B&B Amarillo for three days and really enjoyed it. We had great contact with the hosts in Italian, German, and English. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Breakfast was delicious, though a few more choices like fruit would be nice, and some extra pillows in the room would help. We stayed five nights at Amarillo and loved it from start to finish. Giuseppe and Veronica were wonderful hosts, and the B&B had everything we needed, including modern, beautiful rooms with AC and a lovely private bathroom. It's in a great part of town, close to the main attractions and a nearby bus stop, with plenty of restaurants around. Veronica can point you in the right direction if you need suggestions. As a young couple traveling around Europe for six weeks, this was one of our favorite places. There were loads of bars and restaurants for the evenings, and a lovely room to come back to at night. Our stay was flawless, and we'd absolutely return to Palermo and recommend the place. If you have trouble getting into the room when you arrive, call the number on google and Giuseppe will gladly help.

The standout for me was Giuseppe and Veronica. They're incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, and always have great suggestions and recommendations. It felt like staying with friends, if you're lucky enough to have such warm, knowledgeable friends. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, a lovely, calming place to return to. It's also conveniently located for whatever you want to do in Palermo or nearby. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone I know visiting Palermo. I'd practically insist they stay here.
