We had a great time in Palermo. The apartment and host were wonderful. Before we arrived, the host sent clear instructions and all the details for self check-in, right on time. They were always reachable by mobile and WhatsApp. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a great kitchen, which worked perfectly for our two families. There's a convenience store across the street. The location is close to downtown and ideal for walking around and exploring. I warmly recommend the host, apartment, and location.

The apartment's spacious layout and organization were great, and the instructions were perfect. Parking turned out to be easier than expected. The elevator wasn't working, and it's on the 3rd floor, which is actually the 4th. I'd call it a 4.7, though that's part of the charm of historic cities!

The location is great, with many sights within walking distance. The apartment is very large, comfortable, and has everything you need. It was easy to communicate with the host on WhatsApp, and they shared lots of useful tips.

The rooms were really comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed. Its spot near Palermo's historic center made getting around easy. The owner and staff were wonderful with us, and we made some great friends along the way. A spectacular stay at Casa Bentivegna. I'll definitely come back to Palermo, and to Casa Bentivegna too.
