B&B Cala Peppa

We stayed four nights and had a great time. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and ours even had a small balcony. Breakfast was delicious, and Emmanuelle was friendly, helpful, and always happy to chat or give us tips. The location is right in the middle of town, close to the sights, and the beach bar isn’t far either. We even found a parking space right outside every evening. We felt very comfortable, had an unforgettable stay, and would happily return. Thanks so much, Emmanuelle.

We had a very good two-night stay. It felt secure, with personalized code locks, and there are only five or six rooms. Breakfast was fresh and the rooms were clean. The B&B is close enough to walk to most major attractions in 20 minutes or less, while still being off a busy street. There are a lot of steep stairs, with breakfast on the fourth floor. The rooms aren’t very soundproof. We were in one above the breakfast area, so we did notice that, though it wasn’t a big issue with so few rooms.

There are lots of bars and restaurants just downstairs, and the old town is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious and really fresh. I’ll definitely come back next time.

We booked a stay at B&B cala peppa several months in advance and had been in touch with the host a few days before arrival. Everything seemed fine. Our flight was an hour late, then we had to wait for the car, and once we arrived we couldn’t reach the hotel by phone because the network wasn’t working. Exhausted and without having eaten, we got to the entrance at 9:30 pm and found the doors locked. A neighbor helped us contact the property and put the call on speaker so the manager knew we were outside. She said it was too late to let us in, then laughed and said, “these tourists are making me sick.” The neighbor apologized and told us the place was closed. I managed to get a little internet and message the property on Booking, explaining we were outside in a city we didn’t know, that the phone network wasn’t working, and apologizing. She wouldn’t listen and left us on the street while charging us for the night. Booking told us to try to work something out with her and supported this kind of behavior. The next day we went back to talk, but she had blocked our phone numbers and wouldn’t open the door when she saw us. We managed to message through Booking to say we were there and wanted to speak. She replied that there was nothing to discuss, we had to pay, and that was that. She seemed to care only about money, not tourism, and left her guests out on the street without even trying to contact or check on us. I can’t understand how someone can leave people stranded in the center of town like that. She should clearly find work that doesn’t involve dealing with people.
