Rosy is a big part of what makes this B&B feel special. I loved our morning conversations over breakfast, and after a while the place felt almost like home. The room standard and location are both great, and the quality is really high. Rosy and Massimo, just like the previous owner, make the place amazing. I stayed last year and came back again this year. Hopefully I'll be back next year too. Amazing place, amazing people. Saluti

I only got to spend a few hours in the apartment, but I'll definitely return next time I'm in Palermo. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was great, and communicating with the host was easy. They arranged an excellent shuttle from the bus station and gave me all the information I needed for my next destination.

Erika was really kind and professional, and gave me useful tips about the city, including places to eat and how to get to Mondelo’s beach. Breakfast had several choices and was good. The B&B is only about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the city center. My single room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and practical. The building exterior is under construction right now, so the balcony can't be used. I was told in time and still had the chance to cancel and look for somewhere else. Thanks for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend this B&B.

The terrace was spacious, though construction work meant we couldn't enjoy it much. Inside, the rooms were nice and roomy, but the sound insulation could be a little better. The location is on the edge of the city center, and everything is easy to reach in a walk of 30 minutes at most.

The staff were so friendly, and breakfast was good. The rooms are wonderful and have everything you might need. I can't recommend this place enough!
