The room was clean, and the staff cleaned it every day. They spoke really good English and were helpful with everything. We loved how close we were to the main street, the ocean, and the park, and the railway station was an easy walk too. The street stayed noisy because the restaurants were open late, but the balcony doors blocked enough of it for us to sleep, so it didn't bother us. Breakfast was the one letdown. The hotel had hardly any gluten-free choices, just chocolate cookies 😅. Luckily, Ecologica Bistrot across the street had lots of fresh gluten-free options. Voglia Di Pizza on the same street also served really good pizza. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again ☺️

We stayed for more than a week and had a spacious room with a balcony. Most sights were within walking distance, and the staff were very nice. The hotel is in a very lively neighborhood.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were really helpful. The hotel itself was very nice. Just be aware that a couple of pubs on the street can get extremely loud when they're open, with noise going on until almost 5am.

The reception staff were kind, and the air conditioning worked well, but the rest of our stay was a poor experience. The bathrooms weren't clean, and both the shower and sink were clogged. Every time we left, we had to hand our keycard to the staff downstairs, which made us feel more like prisoners than guests. Arriving and leaving by car was very stressful. Parking nearby was an absolute nightmare, with no convenient or secure option. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for anyone traveling by car.

We'd stay here again. The rooms were spacious and clean, and ours had two balconies. It's right in the centre, but the windows did a great job keeping out noise, so the room was really quiet. It was a little too hot, though, and the A/C wasn't working well. We managed.
