Luca was a genuinely friendly, helpful host, and even drove me to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. The place is clean and comfortable, which is already a lot to ask for right in the city center. The rooms have AC, working amenities, and use of a kitchen and coffee. Mine also had a balcony looking down onto the street, and the high ceilings were a nice touch. I think the other rooms have balconies too, though I'm not sure. Each room is named for a Sicilian literary figure. Highly recommended.

Luca pointed us to three good local restaurants and marked a map with the sights we shouldn't miss. The room was pleasant, especially the very comfortable bed, and the location made it easy to explore the historic center. Palermo Centrale stazione was only a short walk away. We'd happily stay at Luca’s property again.

Luca welcomed us warmly, and our room was clean. Mantegna Rooms worked perfectly as a base for our short Palermo trip, with everything close by. I'd definitely recommend it.
