We came as two couples and stayed in three rooms. Each was more beautiful than the previous one, tastefully furnished, brand new, and spotless. The staff were both courteous and genuinely helpful. The B&B sits in a historic building, which is a big part of the real Palermo experience if you enjoy that sort of place. It’s right in the heart of the city, yet on one of the few quiet streets among all the nightlife. After visiting Palermo many times, I’ll definitely stay here again.

We went in right away without a booking and found a place that looked nothing like the photos. It needs maintenance, and the people were very rude. They don’t seem to understand hospitality at all. There’s no elevator, so hauling suitcases up those stairs was torture. Absolutely avoid it.
