We'd had our reservation since July, but the day before we arrived in Palermo I noticed a refund in my account. When I called, they said there had been a serious problem and told us to contact Booking to find somewhere else to stay. I called again to ask for help, but they never answered. Booking suggested some bad options, and it took us more than two hours to find accommodation. They should have helped us find a place. Their behavior was completely unprofessional.

Maria's service in the morning was so attentive, and breakfast was excellent, with fresh cakes, biscuits, and croissants. The staff's kindness and courtesy were extraordinary. The place is in the city center and also very convenient for anyone going to the Palermo Courthouse. Self-check-in works at any hour, and there's an elevator. My room was super clean, with a distinctive fresh smell, towels, disposable soaps, lovely furnishings, and a mini fridge stocked with water. Internet is available using the password provided in the room. Bars, pastry shops, and pizzerias are close by. Maria even manages to find guests' belongings when they've forgotten something. Highly recommended!

Maria makes breakfast every morning, and she's a very friendly, welcoming host who goes out of her way to please guests. There was plenty to choose from, and it was varied. The room was large and inviting, with meticulous cleanliness, and the atmosphere was pleasant. You're in the city center, but in a relatively quiet area with less traffic than other central neighborhoods, making it a handy base for exploring on foot. A large private, secure garage just a few meters away is a great answer for parking a car or motorcycle.
