I wouldn’t stay here again. It felt cheap throughout, and the staff seemed inattentive. There were issues at every stage of the stay. Getting into the place was stressful. They hadn’t contacted me to confirm my arrival time, and when I arrived, no one was there or answered the phone. After I waited anxiously for 30 minutes, they called back and explained how to check in by myself. At checkout I was accidentally charged extra, which had to be corrected later by bank transfer. At least they were honest when they noticed the mistake. The room itself gave a poor impression. The towels had faint stains, whether because they were old or hadn’t been cleaned with good enough products. The mini fridge was quite dirty, the toilet lid was half unhinged, the roll holder wasn’t fixed properly to the wall, and some shower floor tiles were missing. The AC was the worst part. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. With it on, my nose felt dry and irritated, and I was congested for days. I haven’t had that problem with other AC units. It could have been a coincidence, but the room’s generally low cleanliness made me suspicious. I also didn’t like that the unit was right over my head above the bed. Breakfast was extremely limited: just a few cheap, packaged processed foods, nothing fresh, and awful cheap sliced bread. I’d rather go out and get my own breakfast.
