Everything felt close by, so the location was great for exploring the city. I was traveling alone and had no bad experiences, and the neighbors gave me a real sense of the “Palermo vibe.” My room was clean and cozy, and the host was friendly and helpful. I had the best time!

The apartment was lovely, with modern conveniences and fantastic internet. The main area with restaurants and attractions is an 18-minute walk away. Arriving at night can feel intimidating if you’re new to Palermo.

The owner was pleasant, professional, and quick to respond, and did what he could to make our stay enjoyable. He let us leave our luggage early while he was cleaning, which meant we could start exploring more calmly. The apartment had all the equipment and comforts we needed. The only small issue was that the extra-bed mattresses were too thin and not very comfortable. The location is excellent for the main attractions and sights. The alley made us a little uneasy at first, but the neighbors were lovely and helpful, so don’t let that put you off.

It’s well set up for getting to the historic center, and the property is independent, organized, and has lots of amenities. The owner is always available if you have questions.
