Our booking was cancelled just two days before we were due to arrive in Palermo. We’d reserved the room two months earlier through the official Booking site, and they said it was because of overbooking. Finding somewhere decent at the last minute was very hard, and the alternative they suggested was overbooked too. Their mess forced us to change our plans. This was the worst booking experience ever. They were completely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Our host was welcoming and smiling, and gave us advice over the included breakfast. The room was large and beautiful. For a family, it felt more comfortable than a hotel. Thank you!

The room was big, the owner was friendly, and the location was perfect. But it was very noisy, and sleeping was difficult.
