It's right in the heart of the old city, and once you're inside it's quiet. The location was perfect, and the room was comfortable and had what we needed without any fuss. We chose the simpler option. When something needed fixing, they got on it right away. I appreciated the service and the range of standard and more luxurious choices, depending on budget and length of stay. I'd recommend it to any traveler.

Breakfast was tasty each day, with choices for people who have trouble with gluten or dairy. One morning a power outage meant there wasn't breakfast, but they gave us vouchers for a complimentary meal at a local cafe. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, so we tried somewhere different every evening. The staff were warm, upbeat and very helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I only wish the parking had been closer. If I make it back to Palermo, I'll definitely stay here again.

The location made exploring easy, just a few meters off one of the main tourist roads and close to the coast, where we could easily sit by the sea. During our week here, my partner and I had a cute room with plenty of space. The windows shut out the nearby street parties, and the AC was a lifesaver. Having a safe helped us feel secure about our things. The hotel staff were incredible when I left my phone in a taxi. They called, got hold of the driver and had it back to me within a couple of hours. My partner and I both thought this was an amazing find. I couldn't recommend it more.
