For the price, this is a very good hotel. The rooms are a normal size, comfortable, and very clean, with cleaning every morning. Wi-Fi worked okay, though it didn’t reach everywhere. Breakfast was included and good, with fresh fruit and other food. The owner was super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, but the coffee situation brought my rating down to four stars. Coffee was supplied only for the first few days. After that, we had to make it ourselves, but there was very little ground coffee in the container and nobody refilled it. We ended up with no coffee in the last days, and my wife said, “it’s ridiculous, no coffee..” Without a car, it’s about 15 minutes west to a very good local restaurant, 10 minutes east to a Pizzeria, and 17 minutes to the local beach. I’d recommend it as a good budget option, definitely with a car.

Breakfast had nothing fresh, which was a downside. The staff were very friendly, and although you seem to be driving into a neighborhood and someone’s house, once through the gate the B&B is quite nice, especially the outdoor area.

It was okay.

The hosts were helpful while giving us space, and the spot worked really well for seeing the coast around Cagliari. Our room was roomy, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was self-serve, and we could use the kitchen during the day too.
