The place is dirty and doesn’t feel secure. The air conditioning isn’t very good, and the area feels deserted. The entrance has no security or presentation. That’s my opinion.

The best part was Signora Anna, the nicest landlady we could have imagined. Thank you so much! The three-room apartment is very nice, on the 10th floor, with a huge patio and a stunning city view. It’s in a nice neighborhood, about 1 km from the city center and Teatro Politeama. Think Giallo Movies.

Guests are made to feel at home by the owner and her staff, with the kind of warm Sicilian welcome they’re known for. Breakfast is generous and varied, with local traditions as its inspiration. Casa Riccio is a convenient base for Palermo’s historic center, up ten floors from street level and away from traffic noise. It’s a charming, well-kept place in a 1970s building, with all the comforts you could want in a B&B and a large outdoor terrace offering a breathtaking view of the historic center.
