The rooms were clean and the location was great. The kitchen staff were kind and helpful. The receptionist could smile a little more.

The room itself was fine, with good air conditioning and everything we needed in the bathroom, though the pillows were rock hard. Parking worked out, but it is shared with the restaurant next door, so arriving late can mean there is no space. We tried breakfast once for 5€, and I wouldn't have paid more. The real problem was sleep: we stayed three nights in June 2024 and heard loud music from the nearby event center and restaurant every night, Saturday through Monday, sometimes until 1 a.m. It was a really disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was a real feast, with cannoli, scrambled eggs, and lots of homemade pastries. The room was very clean and spacious, and the service was excellent for the price. There is free parking, though a space isn't guaranteed. Since the hotel is on the north side of the city, it works well if you have your own car. There is a restaurant with a dance hall nearby, and sometimes noise from an event there can be heard in rooms on that side.

The bus stop for historic downtown Palermo is just around the corner, with restaurants and shops only a few minutes away. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean, and offers free parking and internet. We also enjoyed the first-floor restaurant for dinner, and the included breakfast was great. We'd stay there again.
