The location isn’t bad, which makes the rest disappointing. I can’t fault the cleanliness, but there were plenty of problems: just one roll of toilet paper, and it was already used. The bed base and mattress need replacing. It was so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep a wink. We couldn’t open the windows, and the smell was horrible. When we went down to report it, they just said, “I don’t know what to tell you!” 🤨

It’s a decent property with large, bright rooms, and it works well as a residence. Cleanliness was okay. The reception service was mediocre, though, and it’s hard to get here by public transport.

The location is great and the place is nice, though some things could use renovating.
