Piazza Marina

I never got to stay even one night, and I wasn't refunded the money I paid. I had booked several days but was delayed by one day. The operators marked me as a no-show and canceled the rest of my stay. Their cancellation policy is very restrictive, so now I'm having to dispute it with booking.com. If I could, I'd give this 0 stars. It feels like a scam.

Luca, the owner, is really nice, interesting, and considerate. I'm vegan, so he made me a special breakfast that was tasty and generous. The rooms are sweet, bright, clean, and comfortable, in the middle of the old city, beside lovely streets and shops. The sea is a minute's walk away, and there's a supermarket right nearby. Just know the church bells ring very loudly at 7:30. If that alarm doesn't bother you, it's the perfect place :-)

Mimma looked after us well and treated us to delicious breakfast every morning. The room was clean and nice, with a comfortable bathroom. Thanks to Luka, getting in after midnight was no problem despite our late arrival. The location is excellent, close to the sea and the center of the old town. Recommended!

The decor was charming, and it was convenient for both the marina and a supermarket. We could walk to many of the sights too. Our original booking was unfortunately canceled, and we were given a room here. There was no mirror in the room, which was a problem since the bathroom was separate. Also, don't count on an early night: the supermarket takes out its rubbish late, past midnight, then starts again early.
