The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are really nice. We chose the place for its location, practically beside Palermo Centrale. The area felt a little sketchy at night because there's a betting shop next door. I didn't feel unsafe, but keep it in mind when booking. I'd recommend it if you want to be close to the train station.

The friendly reception staff made sure nothing was too much trouble. We had a clean, comfortable room, number 2, with a small kitchenette that was equipped well enough and worked nicely for us. There's also a shared public room with seats, a microwave, fridge, and kettle. The decor is attractive and the atmosphere relaxed, though some parts could use updating and extra attention. It was good value. The location is busy and there's traffic noise, but being next to the central train station was very convenient for us.

The staff watched our suitcases before and after check-in and checkout, and they suggested the best sightseeing spots. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms have kitchens. The neighborhood can get a little noisy at night.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and there's a really nice terrace on our floor. It's right next to the train station, a short walk from the sea, and very close to the Ballarò market. If you like tiles, Elhabib is just around the corner. Museo Delle Maioliche Stanze Al Genio is nearby too!
