Chiara was an amazing host, and the apartment was impeccable. I felt at home and couldn't have asked for anything more. Before we arrived in Italy, I had excellent communication with her. She helped us sort out practical things like transport, what to see, and where to go. The location in Palermo couldn't be beat. I'd love to return and will warmly recommend it to friends.
Chaira and her team made everything easy. She helped with extra toiletries, towels, an adapter, parking, restaurant suggestions, and our airport transport. At 4.40am she even gave extra help over the phone. Nothing seemed to be a problem for her. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a full kitchen and big windows. We heard no street noise. The building has a wide entrance and a beautiful staircase. The location is hard to beat, right in central Palermo and within walking distance of historic sites. There's also a supermarket about five minutes away. Thank you, Chaira, we loved our stay!
