There were three flies in the room, and the internet didn’t work at all. Across our three-night, four-day stay we got just two towels in total. They charge 4 euros for towels, so I wouldn’t suggest staying three nights or longer, though it might be fine for two. I messaged them on WhatsApp and barely got a reply. They said they’re not a hotel and don’t offer 24-hour service, which felt odd since breakfast is set out each morning and the room is cleaned daily. Pretty stingy for a B&B.

Loved the huge room and super comfy bed. You can’t beat being right in the middle of Palermo, close to everything. I’ll be back! 🩵

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the start. We arrived very late because our flight was delayed, and they were great about it. Our only gripe was the noise in the morning when other guests were having breakfast and moving around.

The staff were great about anything we needed, and gave us useful suggestions for food and parking. The room was big, and they’d left some snacks for the morning, which worked perfectly for us. The place was lovely and easy to find, very close to the train station. We came from Palermo Aeroporto to Palermo Centrale, and the location was ideal. A 10/10 stay and really good value.
