Simone made us feel so welcome. He's incredibly kind and attentive, remembered our names, and checked that we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great range of choices, and Simone made fresh coffee for us each morning 🌟. The location was great too. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to Palermo!

I had a comfortable, really nice stay at Due Passi. The location is very central, the rooms are clean, and breakfast was good. When airport strikes made travel difficult, they were flexible and willing to change my reservation at the last minute. Communication before and during the stay was quick and easy as well. Grazie Mille Simone, see you next time!

We stayed four days and wished we'd booked more time. The place is lovely, clean, and smells nice, with a great spot near the main attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Simone is cheerful, lovely, and very helpful. We highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was a huge help, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The location was spot on, too. Loved the morning coffee and pastries, they were so delicious! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

A good choice for a short break, especially for the price. The host is very hospitable, and it's easy to reach from the central station by bus. The location works perfectly for getting to all the tourist spots. I'd definitely recommend it.
