The room was spacious and spotless, and we were in a nice part of town within walking distance of the city center. The owner was warm and helpful, sorting out a ride to the airport and coming to us each morning for breakfast. We had a great stay and would come back, 10/10!

The breakfast was delicious, and the woman at the front was so kind and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, and the rooms were beautiful and really clean!

The guest-house is lovely, and the staff were kind and ready to help. Our room looked just like the photos and was a great place to unwind after a hot day in the city. There are lots of places to eat nearby and bus lines close by, and the old town isn’t too far away.

We booked through Booking.com a month before our trip and paid, but the hotel canceled the reservation the next day without giving any explanation. The refund is still stuck in process, and at the last minute I had to spend more on new accommodation with fewer options. It seems to me they may be overbooking, then canceling some guests when they run out of rooms. That’s a terrible way to run a business. I tried calling the hotel several times to ask what happened, but no one picked up.

The rooms were comfortable and designed like a luxury hotel, and the location was great. Without a doubt, this is the best place I’ve stayed so far while visiting a city as a tourist. I highly recommend it if you’re going to Palermo.
