The host communicated well, and I liked being able to check myself in. There were quite a few keys and entrances to figure out, but I got used to them after the first day and had no trouble. The beds and pillows are firm. The place is in a wonderful spot just off the main strip in Palermo's historical center, and they tidied the room every day. It wasn't needed, but it was considerate.

I was in room 1, away from the main street, and it stayed very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and good quality, and the whole place was spotless. The location is fantastic, right in the center. The host also kindly let me leave my bags in the main communal area on my last day since I wasn't traveling onward until that evening. Check-in was easy. One thing to know: the WiFi in room 1 is very weak, so ask for another room if you need internet access. The fridge and plumbing made some noise overnight, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The hosts were so sweet and gracious, and the rooms are gorgeous. I’ve explored a lot of Palermo, and I can’t think of a better location. I highly recommend staying here and plan to come back on my next visit.

The location is amazing, right in the center, and the place is very clean with nicely sized rooms. Great value for the money. It can be a little tricky to find.
