GiaChi Friendly Rooms

The staff were friendly and gave us the information we needed for visiting a new city. They also communicated really well before, during, and after our stay. The place was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the location was superb. I really recommend it. Thank you.

The rooms were good, and the place is very close to the train station. Breakfast was okay too. Nice place.

The owner was the kindest and most helpful I've ever met, and the place is just a three-minute walk from the center. I visited in mid-November 2022 and would give it seven stars if I could. The whole stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, bright, and tidy, with plenty of amenities and thoughtful details. I especially appreciated the electric shutters, induction hob, soundproof windows, and the new, neat cutlery and dishes. It definitely doesn't feel like an average old house turned into a B&B. If I'm back in Palermo, I know where I'll stay. Highly recommended.

The service was the highlight, especially Valentina, who was kind, friendly, and attentive to everything we needed. She gave us useful information about the city and made the stay really pleasant. The house itself is huge, with high ceilings and very spacious rooms, though the building is old and a bit worn in places. It was very clean, particularly the beds, bathrooms, and towels, and those things were new. The decor isn't luxurious, but the value for money is excellent. It's also conveniently placed by the train station and near the city center.
