Kalamonjo Suite&Rooms

The breakfast was tasty and typically local, though mostly sweet, as it seems to be throughout Sicily. Our host Vicenzo was so friendly and helpful, sharing plenty of advice on what to see and where to eat. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had private bathrooms with good facilities. It's in a quiet, pleasant part of Palermo, yet the main sights are within walking distance. A really lovely place to stay!

Giorgia made check-in easy with great communication, and also shared a city map and local suggestions. The room was modern, clean and well furnished. Breakfast had a tasty spread of fresh pastries, fruit, cheese and bread. The B&B's modern finish was lovely, and Politeama worked perfectly for us, with downtown shops and public transport close by. We had a great stay in Palermo.

I spent a week at Kalamonjo and was impressed by how clean and well equipped the air-conditioned rooms were. Breakfast included a buffet, plus scrambled or fried eggs made to order with a lot of care. The B&B is next to "Teatro Politeama Garibaldi", so most places are walkable. The neighborhood felt safe, with upscale shops and cafes and plenty of parking in blue or white zones. For the price, I found the value hard to beat. Highly recommend it.

I stayed two nights in March 2024 and would definitely recommend Kalamonjo. The rooms were high quality, and the breakfast was great. Giorgina was friendly throughout and helped me figure out the self check-in. The airport shuttle, Prestia e Comandè, stops a block away at Politeama. The train station was a 30-minute walk, but there was a bus stop and ticket booth two blocks from the B&B, so I could get there easily with my luggage.
