I’ve been here for a week and it’s been such a relaxing stay. The hosts check in to see how I’m doing and have been really accommodating, and I haven’t had any problems. The house is huge, very clean, and full of amazing light. It’s got everything you need to live in, which has been a treat after three weeks of travel. I could do laundry and actually feel at home. The shower is great, and the bathroom has adjustable lighting that works well for makeup. The location makes it easy to walk to the Historical Center, with good bars, wine and snack markets, and restaurants close by. The train station is nearby and there are bus stops all around. There are a few flights of stairs, but the hosts help get your luggage up. Stairs seem common all over Europe, and it’s good exercise anyway :)

Valeria and Giovanni are lovely hosts and always available when you need help. Kalsa is a wonderful neighborhood, close to sights, the sea, restaurants, and cafes, while still feeling like a real community. Stunning Kalsa really lives up to its name. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and bright, with windows on three sides. And the huge terrace looks over the piazza and out to the sea. We highly recommend it and plan to come back.

We came for the peaceful outdoor setting, and the place was just right. The scenery is majestic and the accommodation was top notch. Valeria did everything she could to make us comfortable. Such a gem. We’ll be back, and highly recommend it if you love tranquility and the outdoors.

Giovanni is such a welcoming host and is always around if you need him. The terrace is stunning, and staying here feels like a real Palermo experience. Highly recommended.
