The kitchen was basically unusable because it had almost no utensils. We also had trouble with the sink draining, and the boiler broke several times. The windows let in outside noise, and the beds were uncomfortable. Though the place looked as it did in the photos, inside it was dirty and poorly kept, with stained sheets and towels and electrical outlets left exposed.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and my friends had a wonderful visit. I booked this delightful vacation home for them in Palermo's historic center, close to the famous Cathedral. It was immaculately clean. The large apartments have several bedrooms and generous shared spaces, while standard apartments work well for couples. Highly recommended!

The only things I liked were the rooftop terrace and the location. The apartment had plenty of space, but it was filthy, moldy, and smelled bad. The terraces couldn't be used because of all the grime. There were no towels, and despite asking every day, none ever arrived. We had no hot water, and nobody came to repair it. They kept asking me to photograph the boiler so I could fix it myself. There was no toilet paper or bath mat either. The keys barely worked, there was hair left in the bathroom by the previous tenants, and the electrical outlets didn't work or seemed badly connected.

There was dog hair all over the apartment, and both the towels and mattresses were stained. The boiler was faulty too. I told management, but they didn't cooperate.
