We were nearly an hour past checkout, and the lady was still so understanding and kind that we never felt awkward about it. That warmth made a real difference. The owner was friendly and helpful too, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Breakfast was generous, the location convenient, and the atmosphere welcoming. We had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Palermo, with everything looked after down to the details. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back.

The location works well both for visiting Palermo and for anyone needing to care for patients at the Civic Hospital. We felt at home thanks to the owner's politeness, kindness, and constant availability. B&B La Casa di Amalia is welcoming and carefully furnished in a modern style, with the comforts needed for an easy stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the spacious private bathroom was fully equipped and worked perfectly. We'd gladly return and recommend it.

The owner is friendly and ready to help, and the place is kept in lovely condition with daily housekeeping. There are three charming rooms: one has its own bathroom and terrace, while the other two have private bathrooms across the hall. Guests can cook whenever they like, and breakfast comes with plenty of choices. It's handy for the hospital area as well as the city center, about 1.5 km away. Very good value.

The place is new, but the room listing says private bathroom without explaining that it's outside the room in the hallway, in a shared area where breakfast is served. That made it very inconvenient. Breakfast was sparse too, just toast, a packaged snack, and one coffee pod each. The owner wasn't there for check-in or checkout, and we only communicated through WhatsApp.
