We stayed in Palermo from December 18 to 29, 2023, and were thrilled with LA LOGGIA DEI RE. The owners were completely trustworthy, and we could enjoy our stay with confidence. The apartment is in the heart of the old town, in a modern, apparently once-historic building that’s been fully renovated. It’s on a quiet street, but a few minutes’ walk in either direction takes you to lively Via Maqueda, little shops, and markets. Historical sights are also within walking distance. Inside, it was extremely tastefully furnished, with large bedrooms, bathrooms that were plenty spacious, and a big living room. The open kitchen was next to it but didn’t disturb the peace, and it had everything imaginable. There were three classic balconies to step out onto, with room to hang laundry. Everything we could need was there, including a washing machine, along with lots of thoughtful, unexpected touches. The online information sounded promising, and it was right.

We’ve just got back to Turin, and we’re already feeling nostalgic after five lovely days. The house was tastefully furnished and had all the comforts, from coffee and kitchen essentials to everything we needed in the bathroom, plus a washing machine with detergent. The best part was Ennio and his wife Delia, who made us feel at home and suggested places to visit and spots for lunch or dinner. See you soon, and thank you!
