The location on the edge of Mondello is good, and rooms on the second floor have a very nice view. Beyond that, the stay was disappointing for the price and location. Guest access hours were very restricted, so we couldn’t go to the beach or pool early or later in the day. Also, taking the room key with you switches off the air conditioning, and the room got to 100 degrees. I’d never come across that before. There was just one pizza place available for dinner. The food was mediocre, with greasy, soggy pizza, and the service was terrible. Although our room had a kitchen, there were no towels or washcloths. The bathroom was tiny, and they rationed the toilet paper and asked us not to use it, which seemed very odd. The advertising felt quite misleading, and I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

We were in a crisis on our honeymoon, and the staff helped us through it. We’re so grateful. The hotel is right by the beach, with incredible views, beautiful rooms, and the nicest staff. I can’t recommend it enough. Best hotel in Palermo for me, 10000/10000.

A great place for a few days by the beach, with plenty of amenities. The rooms are simple but updated, clean, and comfortable. There’s a large pool, lots of beach chairs, and outdoor showers, plus a full restaurant and bar. You’ll also find a coffee shop and homemade gelato.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good selection and machine coffee that was actually decent. We had a clean, spacious bungalow that fit our family of four, and the views were beautiful. The staff were friendly, especially at reception. It’s a perfect stopover and well worth a pause while travelling around Sicily.
