Cetti gave me fantastic customer service. My room had good lighting and was well furnished, with everything I needed, including an iron, hairdryer, plenty of towels, and a locker for valuables. The bathroom was well equipped, including a bidet, which is useful for Muslim guests. I really enjoyed my stay at la mia. The hotel is very close to the centre, just four minutes or less on foot to plazzo and cathedral.
