We were asked to pay extra tourist tax, though it hadn't been mentioned anywhere. When you book, you naturally think the price you've paid already includes it. That felt unacceptable. They claim it's a 3-star hotel and charge 4 euros per person per night in tourist tax, but there's no extra value offered. The building has no lift, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the rooms are tiny. There was a strong smell, as if they were trying to cover up smoking. No soap, shampoo or other toiletries were provided. Our air conditioning was broken and needed fixing an hour after we arrived. We weren't there, so they apparently squeezed in some other unfinished work too, on the shower door.

We had a good stay in this hotel apartment, and it suited what we needed for the money. The staff were very kind and surprised us by letting us check in at 12, which was early. The kitchen felt a little dated and the bed creaked, but neither bothered us much.

The owner was very kind, though the room was a little less nice than it looked in the photos. Being near a dog shelter meant barking started in the morning and kept making noise.

The room was cozy and nice, and we had a few small annoyances that weren't a big deal. The lack of parking made getting there less convenient than usual, though the worst nuisance was the dogs barking at night.

We couldn't sleep with the nearby kennel making so much noise. Breakfast wasn't provided, and nobody had told us it would be missing. The staff didn't meet expectations.
