San Francesco Rooms and Apartment with Terrace in Palermo

The owners were so polite and kind, and went out of their way to help and give us ideas for our holiday. The apartments are right in the old city center, surrounded by architectural monuments and lots of cozy restaurants and cafés. Inside, everything was clean and set up for a pleasant stay, with a new, modern renovation. We were pleasantly surprised by the service. I highly recommend these apartments.

We spent a week here and it worked perfectly for us. The loft room has been newly refurbished in a modern style and is well insulated. It was noisy outside, but shutting the window and shutters blocked it out. The bathroom was bright and had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks. Good quality for the price. The owner was easy to reach on WhatsApp and very helpful with questions.

The hosts made me feel at home, like a long-lost family member, and that’s why I’ve returned several times and recommended the place to others. They’ve all been just as enthusiastic. The rooms are comfortable and sparkling clean. The location in the Kalsa is hard to beat: you’re a stone’s throw from Antica Focacceria and the restaurants and bars on Alessandro Pasternostro, with Piazza Marina, Cioccolateria Lorenzo, Quattro Canti, and Francu's all an easy walk away.

The apartment is right in the middle of everything, yet still feels a little tucked away. Its location is sublime, and there’s a lovely terrace that’s perfect for a mid-afternoon prosecco.
