The building looked old and tired when we arrived, but inside the apartments everything was nice. The room was lovely and had more than adequate facilities. It’s a superb location for exploring Palermo, and I couldn’t pick a better one. Would highly recommend.

We found the apartment spotless and comfortable, with fresh, modern decor. It’s on Palermo’s main road in a safe, convenient spot, just a few steps from the main sights. Giuseppi was friendly, polite, and quick to help, which made our stay really pleasant. We’d love to come back.

The owner was easy to reach and quick to answer questions, and check-in went smoothly. The location is hard to beat: it’s at the end of Palermo’s main street, so it stays quiet, but one block gets you right into what feels like the heart of the city.

The building itself is in very poor condition, and for the price, I wouldn’t say this place is worth it. Inside it looked all right, but the bathroom had a bad sewer smell and no air circulation. We also had to wait about five minutes before hot water came through.

Guseppi is the host. The room was fantastic, with a sauna, a whirlpool tub, and a balcony. The location is excellent, and airport service is available.
