In the afternoon heat, we arrived at the apartments and were met by the manager. The room was humid and 32 degrees, so we turned on the air conditioning, but it didn't cool down. We asked the owner if we could change rooms because we expected it would be hard to sleep that night. The manager kept asking us to wait for the air conditioning to work and called this “the best room they had.” The next day, the temperature was still a problem. He came over with an attitude, said he personally thought it was fine, and wouldn't take in our feedback, though we explained it calmly and politely. We felt badly ripped off, and like the owner had no idea how hospitality works. We left a day early and lost our money just to get out. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here, especially in summer. Find another option.

My stay here was a very bad experience. If you're driving, be aware that parking costs an extra 25 euros, and there's also a pass to enter the historic zone. The room was tiny, with a very low ceiling and just a hole in the wall for air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep. The window faced a very noisy area, so opening it wasn't an option. There was no internet in the room, no plates or cutlery, and only two little cups. Palermo's historic area was extremely dirty too, with dust and rubbish blowing around whenever it was windy.

The apartment was ideally placed for exploring the city center, and Francesco was helpful with every part of our trip. We really appreciated his hospitality and strongly recommend the place 😀

We enjoyed every minute of our few days here with our baby. It's close to Palermo's main sights and has everything you need to feel comfortable. Manager Roberto was kind and professional, and even had a gift waiting for our boy when we arrived. Perfect for a stay in Palermo, just book it!

They confirmed our Booking stay and even replied to my request for an early check-in. But when we got to the door and called, they said there was no room and blamed Booking for the mistake. They hadn't cancelled the reservation online or told us anything, so we had to find somewhere else.
